"OBAMA DOCTRINE IS THE AMERICA'S 21ST CENTURY FOREIGN POLICY OBJECTIVES"

America has maintained a robust and a very costly foreign policy objectives around the world for the last 100 years through her hundreds of foreign embassies, consulates, diplomatic missions and foreign military bases that can be found throughout the four corners of the human universe. The impacts of the America's foreign policy objectives around the world have also changed the entire political landscapes of many nations and the direction of the international politics and the global trade or economy.

The 21st century ushered in the two very different and totally distinct foreign policy objectives of the United States. The America's foreign policy objectives that welcomed the world into the 21st century was the Bush Doctrine that was rooted in the political ideology of the neo-conservatism  and it was based on the principle of preemptive war and military interventions around the world. The National Security Council official document on the September 20, 2002 which was exactly 9 days after the domestic terrorist attacks of the 9/11 in the United States explained the Bush Doctrine of Preemptive War. That document reads " "National Security Strategy of the United States: "We must deter and defend against the threat before it is unleashed . . . even if uncertainty remains as to the time and place of the enemy's attack... The United States will, if necessary, act preemptively."

This Bush Doctrine was the political Bible that guided the United States into the two deadly, brutal and costly wars in Iraq and in Afghanistan respectively that America paid heavily for in terms of the precious human life and treasure. The historical election of President Barack Obama in 2008 who had publicly and openly opposed the proposed war in Iraq years earlier on has changed the entire direction of the America's foreign policy objectives from the Bush Doctrine into a new foreign policy mission that is now known as the Obama Doctrine.

This Obama Doctrine focuses on the diplomatic negotiations and cooperation with other foreign nations in resolving international conflicts and using the instrument of war as the last option when diplomacy, international pressure and economic sanctions have all failed to work and to yield the desired positive results and outcomes that are necessary to promote the global peace amongst the nations of the 21st century world.

Obama Doctrine is now the America's newest world order of the moment that has now officially ended the war in Iraq and has also scaled down heavily on the war in Afghanistan with the 2014 target as the last day of this war. The world will be watching carefully and with full interest what this Obama Doctrine will be able to do in the world in the next four years with the ongoing threats of global terrorism, the nuclear ambition of Iran and North Korea, the politically violate Israel-Palestinian conflict and the civil war in Syria.
