IS THE TWO-STATE SOLUTION THE ANSWER TO THE ISRAEL-PALESTINIAN CONFLICT?

"THE PERMANENT PEACE AND SOLUTION BETWEEN ISREAL AND THE PALESTINIAN MAY BE FINALLY ACHIEVED BY IMPLEMENTING THE TWO-STATE POLITICAL SOLUTION PROPOSED BY JIMMY CARTER THE FORMER AMERICAN PRESIDENT IN HIS BOOK":In his heavily controversial book published in 2006 by the former President Jimmy Carter of America and titled "Palestine:Peace Not Apartheid". The former American leader identified the two primary sources of this conflict and then proposed a two-state political solution for a permanent peace in the Middle East.

President Jimmy Carter identifies the "two interrelated obstacles to permanent peace in the Middle East":(i) Some Israelis believe they have the right to confiscate and colonize Palestinian land and try to justify the sustained subjugation and persecution of increasingly hopeless and aggravated Palestinians; and (ii) Some Palestinians react by honoring suicide bombers as martyrs to be rewarded in heaven and consider the killing of Israelis as victories.

And to bring an end to what Jimmy Carter calls "this continuing tragedy", Jimmy Carter calls for a revitalization of the peace process based on the following three "key requirements":
(i). The security of Israel must be guaranteed.
(ii). The internal debate within Israel must be resolved in order to define Israel's permanent legal boundary.
(iii). The sovereignty of all Middle East nations and sanctity of international borders must be honored.
