ARE YOU A BEREAN CHRISTIAN IN TODAY'S WORLD?

A group of Christians in a town of Berea in the Early Church in the New Testament represented Christianity to the entire world forever in its true color, light and nature. The Berean believers stood out forever as unique examples of Christians in the Early Church for many reasons. The Bible called them "noble believers" which means "spiritual nobles or the first-class citizens of God's kingdom" in the Koine Greek, which was the original language of the New Testament Bible.

The Berean believers were teachable, lovers of the Bible and were excited daily and were always ready to learn from the Word of God and its divine truths or revelations. Their Christianity or their Christian faith was built on the sound Bible doctrine, the teachings and the words of Jesus Christ and never on the dogmas and teachings of men. They put the Word of God above the teachers of the Word of God. They hated heresies and were ready to challenge any false teachings and the false teachers with the biblical truth.

What is your Christianity or your Christian faith built upon? Are you a true follower of Jesus Christ in all reality or you follow the men of God? Why are you a Christian? Do you see Christianity as a means to your financial goals in life? Do you know Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour? Are you an example of a Berean Christian in today's world? Do you have the hope of eternal life? Do you practice the truths of the Scriptures or you follow heresies of men and organizations? Do you put heresies and heretic teachers above the sound biblical doctrine of the Bible and the Lordship of Jesus Christ?

IS POVERTY TRULY DEMONIC IN NATURE OR A MAN MADE AND MAN CREATED PHENOMENON?

Why are so many people poor worldwide? Why is poverty a citizen of every country including the richest nations of the world? Why is poverty not a respecter of persons, races, genders, languages, cultures, religions, sexual orientations and political affinities? Is poverty truly a generational curse because it runs in a particular family from one generation to another? Is poverty man made or not in all truth, honesty and reality? Does poverty come from Satan directly or indirectly? Does poverty have the real life practical solutions? Is poverty preventable or avoidable in this life? What are the real practical causes of poverty or the reasons for poverty in life?

Is global human poverty a direct product of the economic policies of the governments of the nations of the world? What roles do multinational corporations and employers of human labor play in the creation of global poverty? Why are so many babies born into chronic or abject poverty worldwide? Why are other human babies born with silver spoons at birth in their mouths? Why are some of the nations of the world today so rich with their vast economic opportunities for their citizens and the other nations are so poor without any significant economic opportunities for their own citizens? Is education an effective weapon against global poverty today? Are employment and financial opportunities in life the most effective weapons against poverty? Is prosperity gospel of the faith movement around the world today the true biblical answer to solving the issues of poverty in the world of Christianity?

"MONEY CAN EASILY BUY THE HIGHLY COVETED AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP"

While most U.S. residents cannot put a price tag on the value of citizenship, Svetlana Anikeeva and her husband can -- $500,000. That’s because the Russian immigrants came to the U.S. through the EB-5 visa program, a federal initiative that allows foreigners to earn a green card granting them permanent residency – and a path to citizenship – in return for investing at least $500,000 in an American business and creating at least 10 jobs.

For Anikeeva, she knew after spending her junior year of high school in Savannah, Ga., that she wanted to one day call America home. The student’s return to the United States was not immediate or certain. She went home to Vladivostok, attended college, then spent seven years in Japan with her husband and daughter, helping run the family’s luxury automobile export business.

But as their daughter grew, Anikeeva and her husband decided they wanted her to have the advantages that come with an American education. And they were willing to pay to make it happen. "It was most of everything we had at the moment,” Anikeeva said of the money. It was a calculated risk, but one that Anikeeva felt would give her daughter the best shot at an education in the United States. In 2009, Anikeeva sent her application to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and, after it was approved, invested in an office and retail space in downtown Seattle. Now, she’s waiting by her mailbox in Redmond, Wash., for what she hopes will be a permanent green card.

"My American friends, they don’t realize that the simple fact they were born here is worth $500,000," she said. For reasonably deep-pocketed immigrants like Anikeeva, the program is a win-win. It allows investors and their direct family to earn permanent green card status while pumping money into the American economy. The program, which began in 1990, has been growing in recent years, with some in the U.S. business community using it to fund projects in the midst of a slow economic recovery. Since the financial collapse of 2008, the number of applications for EB-5 visas has risen dramatically. During fiscal 2007, just 776 foreign investors applied for visas, a number that ballooned to 6,040 last year. This year could be the first time it reaches the 10,000 visa cap.

Citizenship is the driver
Over the past seven years, foreign investors who have applied have had a good record of being approved, with around 80 percent getting into the EB-5 program, according U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services statistics. More than 85 percent of those investors were ultimately granted permanent green cards. Foreign investors who participate in the program nearly all do so for the chance at citizenship, not profit, according to Miami-based immigration lawyer David Hart. "Generally speaking, they are not looking to make a substantial return. What they are interested in obviously in getting their green card then trying to ensure that the jobs will be created so that their green card is maintained," he said.

The easiest and most common way for most foreign investors to go about the process is through a regional center. There are currently 287 throughout the U.S., all staffed by immigration lawyers who help clients navigate paperwork and find projects that will ultimately allowthem to stay in the U.S. for as long as they want. They help USCIS verify that jobs have in fact been created. Those jobs can range from waiters working in a new restaurant built with EB-5 money to construction workers building a new retail space.

Regional centers also help investors in what can be the most difficult part of the process – verifying and vetting where the funds are coming from. The government spends a huge amount of time verifying that the funds were not obtained illegally or sourced back to an entity deemed hostile to the United States. Once an application is approved, investors are granted a two-year conditional visa while their project gets underway. If all works out, a permanent green card is issued and investors are free to live anywhere in the United States.

Many regional centers sprung up after the economic collapse of 2008. Immigration experts like Hart, who has been an immigration lawyer for more than 20 years, saw the program as an opportunity. In March 2009, he gained approval to start the South Florida Investment Regional Center, which is working to renovate the Astor Hotel in Miami Beach using EB-5 funding from 16 would-be immigrants. "Around that time the economy was going south, so to speak, and banks weren't lending money. And so EB-5 is a source of cheap capital. ... With my background in immigration law, I recognized that opportunity existed," he said.

Many of the projects are centered on service industries, like hotels and restaurants, that have the potential to create plenty of jobs quickly. But investors, lawyers and business owners point to the slow pace with which investments are approved by Immigration Services as one of the program’s biggest downfalls. Some foreigners originally interested in coming to the United States turn to other countries with similar programs that move faster, they say. And with the program’s popularity growing, the delays are only getting worse.

Hart also contends the government can be inconsistent on what does or does not get approved. He says he has experienced the USCIS originally approving a project, only to change its guidelines after the investment is under way. "That lack of predictability makes it very difficult for any business to really get off the ground," he said. The program also frustrates some who administer it. Jim Ziglar, who headed USCIS under President George W. Bush, said the program was not popular among those in immigration services because of the perception that it was a way for some people to pay their way to the front of the line.

“There is a certain crassness in the American mind that somebody, if they happen to have $500,000, they can buy their way into the U.S.,” he said. Ziglar recognizes some of the merits of the program, but hopes to see the $500,000 minimum raised to increase the economic impact. That number has not changed since the program’s inception in the early 1990s. Anikeeva has no patience for those who see the EB-5 program as un-American, allowing foreigners to buy their way into the country. She says the work her family did to raise the funds and go through the investment process was just as difficult as any other pathway to the United States.

That’s why she’s waiting by her mailbox in Washington, hoping for word that her temporary green card has been made permanent. If all goes well from there, she plans to begin the process of becoming a U.S. citizen. "I think the wedding day is supposed to be the happiest day of one's life? I think the day of my citizenship will be the happiest day of my life," she said - From NBC News.

WHY DO SO MANY TELEVANGELISTS LAND THEMSELVES IN JAIL? - CHARISMA NEWS

Newpapers, online magazines and bloggers across the coutry are buzzing this week about televangelist Juanita Bynum landing in jail. The controversial prophetic preacher, recording artist and author was arrested and carted to Lew Sterrett Justice Center—and spent the night there—after failing to show up at a Dallas civil proceeding that named her as a defendant. The case involves a judgment that ordered her to shell out $140,000 to ALW Entertainment. Apparently, she did not follow through on a commitment to perform in a play ALW was producing. Charisma News contacted Bynum’s office Wednesday but did not receive a response.

Of course, Bynum is hardly the only television evangelist to sit behind bars. Last July, Maryland pastor Robert J. Freeman, a televangelist who lived in a $1.75 million home with five fireplaces and two four-car garages, was sentenced to 27 months in prison related to a bankruptcy case. Also known as “Dr. Shine,” the charismatic pastor was convicted for hiding church assets so he could get out of paying a mountain of debt faith couldn’t move.

“Freeman lived a life of fraud and deception, using millions of dollars from church members, and fraudulently obtained credit to pay for luxury cars and a mansion while falsely representing in court that he was indigent,” Maryland U.S. attorney Rod J. Rosenstein said in a statement.
Who could forget televangelist Creflo Dollar landing in jail for allegedly choking his daughter? Charges were later dropped, but his mug shot appearing in media headlines caused quite a stir. Televangelist Eddie Long didn’t land in jail, but the civil suits against him have piled up. Some hoped doomsday prophet and televangelist Harold Camping would be arrested for his false prophecies about the end of the world that led so many astray.

This is by no means an exhaustive list of televangelists who have had brushes with the law. But it was somewhat exhausting to recall all of these scandals. Believe me, I don’t like reporting on them any more than you like reading them. But if we turn a blind eye to these issues—or let the secular media take the lead—we are neglecting our responsibility as Christian media. (I'm sure that statement will drive plenty of debate, but are we really supposed to ignore anything negative that happens in the body of Christ, even when it's all over the secular media? There's a difference between responsible reporting and heresy hunting.)

So I said all that to ask this: Why do so many televangelists land themselves in jail? Many famous Christian preachers have been in jail—I’ve been in jail—but that’s supposed to be part of your pre-Christian testimony rather than the event that brings reproach on your ministry.
I’m not here to throw stones or drag anyone's name through the mud. But we need to deal with this problem in the church. So I’ll ask the question once again: Why do so many televangelists land themselves in jail? Are they being falsely accused? Perhaps sometimes. Did they fall into temptation? Certainly that’s happened. Did they slide into deception that greed introduces? I think that’s the answer more times than not.

When you look at the list of televangelists that have landed in jail, you’ll notice a running theme: greenbacks, big bucks, mighty dollars, finances, Benjamins, dead presidents, dinero, moolah, dough, riches, lucre—money. Then again, it’s not really the greenbacks, big bucks, mighty dollars, finances, Benjamins, dead presidents, dinero, moolah, dough, riches, lucre—the money. It’s the greed.
“For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows” (1 Tim. 6:10). That’s why the writer of Hebrews warns us, “Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you’” (Heb. 13:5). I'll stop there. Amen.

What are your thoughts? Why do you think so many televangelists are landing in jail? For all those who make headlines, there are many Christian leaders without television followings who are also landing in jail. What say you?

"GEORGE BUSH JR PRESIDENCY:COMPLEX AND CONTROVERSIAL LEGACIES"

President Barack Obama and the four living former America's presidents Jimmy Carter, George Bush Sr, Bill Clinton and George Bush Jr who is the celebrant will all assembly together with thousands of other Americans this week Thursday to witness the official launching of the Presidential Library and Museum of George Bush Jr who was in the White House from January 2001 to January 2009 on the campus of the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. The money for this project came from private donors.

How will his presidency be remembered  by historians? What legacies did he leave behind that will continue to endure from one generation of Americans to another? Was his presidency in America a national disaster and a major accident of political history? Was American nation better of under his leadership for those eight years that he administered the national affairs of this country from the Oval office of the White House? How will this president be remembered beyond the shores of America? No matter what happens at the end of the day to this president, time, history and posterity that are the three truthful and reliable judges of all human leaders will now determine the rightful place of his presidency in America.

This president inherited a very vibrant national economy with less than 5% unemployment rate, a balanced federal budget coupled with a historical budget surplus of over $300 billion and a manageable foreign debt of about $5.5 trillion at the onset of his presidency. At the expiration of his presidency eight years later, he left America with the worst economic recession since the years of the Great Depression of the early 1930s. The national unemployment rate was over 8%, the national debt skyrocketed to $12 trillion, the housing market, the Wall Street banks and the historical American automobiles were near their final collapse and were all hanging on life support.

President George Bush Jr moved out of the White House in 2009 and left the American nation with two costly wars of choice in Iraq and Afghanistan that cost American nation hugely in both the precious human life and treasure as well as a battered international image around the world. President Georg Bush Jr implemented the No Child Left Behind educational act that was poorly financed and is now in the dustbin of history. He also started a very costly drug program for seniors (Medicare) that was not paid for that is still costing the federal government nearly $800 billion annually and is also contributing to our national deficit year in and year out. This president also gave tax break to the biggest American corporations and richest individuals that they did not ask for and which the nation could not afford. American government has continued to lose over $80 billion yearly in tax revenue to date from this tax break.

President George Bush Jr will never have another opportunity again in this life and in the White House to personally right all his wrongs for those eight years that he presided over the American nation, but his true legacies are now firmly and securely in the hands of historians and the history books to decide his true and rightful place in the history of the American presidency.

"UNDERSTANDING THE WHOLE PLAN AND THE PURPOSE OF GOD FOR MANKIND THROUGH THE BIBLE"

The whole Bible was written in dispensations that covered the 66 books of the Bible and are divided into the Old Testament and the New Testament respectively. A dispensation is a period in the human history that is based on the available divine revelations or guidances of God that were made available and relevant for that particular era in the human world. The biblical term covenant means an agreement between two partners (divine and humanity) and the word testament in the biblical language means a divine plan or a divine program of God for mankind.

In the Old Testament or the Old Covenant, the same God who is the creator of the heavens and earth revealed himself to the entire nation of Israel through Moses the law giver and the prophets. The kings, priests and the prophets were the mediators between God and the nation of Israel under the Old Covenant.

In the the four canonical gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and the Book of the Acts of the Apostles of the New Testament, the same God again revealed himself to the whole humanity (Jews and Gentiles) through Jesus Christ his beloved son who is the true Lord and Savior of the human race.

In the epistles or the letters of the New Testament, the same God once again revealed the entire Christian way of life or the whole Christian journey of faith to the body of Christ or to the Church of the living God on earth so that every Christian in this world can grow in grace and in the full knowledge of Jesus Christ until they all reach the realm of the spiritual maturity and can all fulfill their personal own destinies in this life with a life that fully glories the Lord Jesus Christ in this world.

  • "For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ" - John 1:17.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" - John 3:16.
"God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;" - Hebrews 1:1-2.
"But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen" - 2 Peter 3:18.

"HUMAN RIGHTS PRACTICES IN NIGERIA IN 2012" - U.S. DEPT OF STATE.

Nigeria is a federal republic of 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). In April 2011 President Goodluck Jonathan of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who had assumed the presidency in May 2010 following his predecessor’s death, won election to a four-year term, along with Vice President Mohammed Namadi Sambo, also of the PDP. International and domestic election observers considered the April 2011 presidential, gubernatorial, and legislative elections to be generally credible, orderly, and a substantial improvement over the flawed 2007 elections. However, there were reports of fraud and irregularities, including vote rigging and buying, underage voting, ballot stuffing, and political violence. Immediately following the presidential election, supporters of the opposition Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) candidate, Muhammadu Buhari, a northern Muslim, challenged the outcome of the election. Postelection violence in protest of Jonathan’s victory erupted in the North and in the Middle Belt states, directed towards local grievances and political targets, resulting in loss of lives, property damage, and restrictions on movement. The April 2011 legislative elections produced major changes in the National Assembly, as only an estimated one-third of the incumbents in both houses were reelected, and opposition parties gained many seats. The Supreme Court ultimately upheld the results of the presidential election, while the Court of Appeals upheld the results of most other contests in which challenges occurred. While security forces generally reported to civilian authorities, elements of the security forces periodically acted independently of civilian control.
The most serious human rights problems during the year involved abuses committed by the militant sect “People Committed to the Propagation of the Prophet’s Teachings and Jihad” (Hausa: Jama’atu Ahlis Sunna Lidda’awati Wal-Jihad)--better known by its Hausa name Boko Haram (“Western education is anathema”)--which conducted killings, bombings, kidnappings, and other attacks throughout the country, resulting in numerous deaths, injuries, and widespread destruction of property; abuses committed by the security services with impunity, including killings, beatings, arbitrary detention, and destruction of property; and societal violence, including ethnic, regional, and religious violence.
Other serious human rights problems included extrajudicial killings by security forces, including summary executions; security force torture, rape, and other cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment of prisoners, detainees, and criminal suspects; harsh and life-threatening prison and detention center conditions; arbitrary arrest and detention; prolonged pretrial detention; denial of fair public trial; executive influence on the judiciary; infringements on citizens’ privacy rights; restrictions on freedom of speech, press, assembly, religion, and movement; official corruption; violence and discrimination against women; child abuse; female genital mutilation/cutting; the killing of children suspected of witchcraft; child sexual exploitation; ethnic, regional, and religious discrimination; trafficking in persons for the purpose of prostitution and forced labor; discrimination against persons with disabilities; discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity; vigilante killings; forced and bonded labor; and child labor.
Impunity remained widespread at all levels of government. The government brought few persons to justice for abuses and corruption. Police and security forces generally operated with impunity. Authorities did not investigate the majority of cases of police abuse or punish perpetrators. Authorities generally did not hold police accountable for the use of excessive or deadly force or for the deaths of persons in custody.
The militant sect Boko Haram perpetrated numerous killings, bomb and suicide bomb attacks, prison breaks, and kidnappings throughout the country. During the year the sect expanded its campaign of assaults and bombings from Borno, Bauchi, and Yobe states to Adamawa, Kano, Kaduna, Kogi, Niger, Plateau, Sokoto, and Taraba states. The sect claimed responsibility for coordinated assaults on multiple targets in Kano on January 20; the suicide bombing of churches in Kaduna and Jos on Easter; the suicide bombings of the This Day newspaper offices in Abuja and Kaduna on April 26; the kidnapping and killing of British, Italian, and German hostages; the bombing of multiple churches in Bauchi, Plateau, and Kaduna states in June; prison breaks in Lokoja and Abuja; and the killing of government, religious, and traditional figures throughout the year. Government officials, civil society, and religious leaders on multiple occasions claimed to have initiated a dialogue with Boko Haram, but elements of the sect denied any involvement in such talks.
Most militant groups in the Niger Delta accepted then president Yar’Adua’s offer of amnesty in 2009, and the overall level of violence there declined. Kidnappings and piracy in the Gulf of Guinea continued during the year.

"NIGERIA CANNOT PROTECT HER OWN NATIONAL ECONOMIC ASSETS"

One of the constitutional responsibilities of the federal government of Nigeria according to the Nigerian 1999 constitution is to guarantee the protection and the security of the entire Nigerian state or territory including the life and the properties of all Nigerian citizen and her residents. What are the primary functions and the constitutional responsibility of the entire Nigerian Armed Forces and her security agencies if our oil pipelines are to be guided and protected from oil bunkering and vandalization by these tribal, regional and militant groups of the Niger Delta region or the O’odua Peoples Congress (OPC)?
Which serious minded country in the world today in 2013 will allow her most precious national assets which are the main sources of her national revenues as a sovereign nation to be directly protected by groups and individuals with tribal, regional and political aspirations or agendas that our present constitution does not recognize as our state security apparatus? Why should the federal government of Nigeria spend 21% of the federal budget yearly on the security of this country under the presidency of Jonathan Goodluck but fails woefully in her primary responsibility to protect our oil pipelines from oil bunkering and oil pipeline vandals?

"NIGERIA IS LOOKING FOR PEACE AT THE PRICE OF AMNESTY TO TERRORISTS"

Militant and terrorist groups always commit heinous crimes that are totally despicable in all reality against the state and her innocent citizens as they pursue their political, religious or social agendas violently or ruthlessly.
Their actions often resulted in many severe physical or bodily injuries, deaths, rapes, looting, arsons and genocides. Families are destroyed forever, communities are devastated permanently, valuable properties are lost or stolen, security personnels are killed, captured or wounded and the nation that is affected by these terrorism lives daily under the atmosphere of insecurity to live and the properties of her citizens and residents.
The only way that Nigeria as a nation will ever know and experience the true peace and the genuine tranquility in all honesty is to use her weight of justice that is based on her constitution which is the supreme law of her land to bring these evil perpetrators to true justice. The dead deserves justice, the family and friends of the dead deserve justice and compensations, the communities affected deserve justice and rebuilding. Nigeria as a constitutional democracy also deserve justice at the end of the day from the deadly impacts of state terrorism.

"THE REASONS WHY MOST NIGERIANS TODAY ARE NOT PROUD TO BE NIGERIANS"

Which country in the world today is run like Nigeria in all truth, honesty, reality and ramifications? What has the ordinary Nigerians benefited from this nation's oil wealth oil-wealth to date? How can you be proud, dedicated or patriotic to a nation that has no plan for you or her youths that face very high unemployment rate, hopelessness and a bleak future? Which country in the world that has this type of enormous oil wealth but decided to pay a poverty wage of $110 a month as the national minimum wage to her workers and indirectly denied them their basis life necessities?

Which country in the world today will close her human eyes to justice or public accountability by allowing her own leaders to loot the nation dry, then awarded them with her prestigious national awards or state pardon and then allow these heavily corrupt public officials in and outside the government to walk on their major streets freely and to continue to enjoy their loot or the ill-gotten wealth? Which country will officially pardon an international rogue like the former governor of Bayelsa State Mr. Alamieyeseigbe that is still wanted in Britain and United States for money laundering? How can you be nationalistic and patriotic to a country that allowed her religious bigots and fanatics to commit genocides, murders, arsons and looting all in the name of their religion and will never allow these cold-blooded killers to face the weight of justice, denied the dead and their families justice or any financial compensations for their huge human and material losses?

Which country will allow a handful of her government officials to steal the pension funds that are meant for her seniors or retirees who had served Nigerian faithfully with their life and time, but are now denied a decent retirement in their sunset years? Which country in the whole world will blame the demons for her inability to provide the citizens who are tax payers with electricity instead of arresting the true culprit which is the official corruption and the mismanagement of the Nigerian state resources by her officials that made the provision of electricity practically impossible in Nigeria today? Which country in the world today will blame demons for her air disasters when her airports are never maintained properly, modernized and her aviation workers are incompetent?

Which nation in the world today will allow her national air carrier (the Nigeria Airways) to become history due to the direct effects of the decades of official corruption and mismanagement of the airline funds by her top officials and then allow those corrupt officials to get away with their corrupt practices? Which country in the world today uses 30% of her federal budget to pay salaries and allowances for her 17,500 public elected and appointed officials (0.01% of all Nigerians) in the name of public service and then allow 80% of the ordinary Nigerians to survive on abject poverty of about $1-$2 a day? Which properly thinking Nigerians will be proud to live in a nation that refuses to provide her citizens with their basic social services, national infrastructures and human rights?

Which nation today will neglect her entire health care system to rot but will use the state funds to fly her selected officials and their family members to the best hospitals in Europe and North America when they are sick with the tax payers' money? Which country that truly desires to develop will be running a national educational system that is based on the 20th century outdated programs in the 21st century world? Which country will neglect her own citizens in the foreign nations of the world where they live today when emergency evacuations are needed or their Nigerian passports require to be renewed despite the presence of the Nigerian foreign mission in those country?Which country today in the world will spent 21% of her federal budget on her national security, but she still fails to practically and truly protect the life and the properties of her citizens or residents in all reality?

"ONE CHRISTIAN FAITH APPEARS TODAY IN THE DIFFERENT MAN MADE COLORS"

The Christian faith is presented to the world today in many different colors that are not scriptural, biblical or bible-based in their origins or presentations. The Christian faith is preached and promoted from the satellite cable television channels, radio stations, internet websites, Church pulpits, Christian meetings, Christian books, Christian magazines or pamphlets in most cases that do not reflect the Bible-revealed and the grace-oriented eternal salvation plan of God for all mankind that are based on the person and the finished work of Jesus Christ.

The Christian faith as it is seen and defined in the Bible must be based primarily and must be rooted only in the complete trust as well as the total reliance on the finished work and the person of Jesus Christ the Lord. The Bible remains the only final authority and the only reliable or dependable divine guidance for the entire Christian faith, beliefs or mandates. The central personality of this saving grace of God that is made available to all the members of the human race is the Lord Jesus Christ.

Any teaching, doctrine or belief that promotes church denominations, prosperity gospel, personal philosophies of men, teachings of men, the persons or personalities of men, human deeds and abilities above the supreme deity of Jesus Christ and the authority of the Scriptures directly undermine the power of the cross of Jesus Christ and the whole essence of the grace of God.

A group of Christians in a town of Berea in the Early Church represented Christianity to the entire world forever in its true light and nature. Berean believers stood out forever as unique examples of Christians in the Early Church for many unique reasons. The Bible called them the "noble believers" which means the "spiritual nobles or the first-class citizens of the God's kingdom" in the Koine Greek, which was the original language of the New Testament Bible.

The Berean believers were teachable, lovers of the Bible and were excited daily and were also ready to learn from the Word of God and its divine truths or revelations.

"THE FUNDAMENTAL REASONS WHY MANY NIGERIAN CHRISTIANS ARE HERO-WORSHIPPERS OF PASTORS"

The true face of Christianity to many Nigerian Church goers is the actual face of their general overseers, pastors or bishops that they see regularly in their Churches or on the national television stations across Nigeria. The words of these men are the final spiritual authorities in the daily life of many Nigerian Christians who go to the Churches that these men pastor or run. Any objective criticism of the words or actions of these men are considered by their followers to be evil, satanic, demonic, anti-Christ, heresies and abominations of the highest order that deserve instant divine discipline or even physical death.
These men are highly revered and feared by many to the point that their followers see them to be next to God, the true mediator between them and their God, perfect, sinless and infallible human beings. They even call them my lord, daddies and mummies instead of the official titles of the various offices that these men occupy. Their books, self-invented teachings and personal philosophies are the best sellers amongst their fanatical followers and are also highly rated by their disciples more than the sound doctrinal teachings of the Bible. Many of their followers know these men more than Jesus Christ the true Lord and the only Savior of mankind. Many Nigerian Christians can easily quote the words of these men more than the words and the teachings of Jesus Christ the Lord.
Many Nigerian Christians have been indoctrinated by these men to the point that everything that happens in the life of a typical Nigerian Christian today is a miracle without taking into account one's personal choices or responsibilities on daily basis. The witches, wizards, demons and generational curses are blamed for all their misfortunes in life. The pentecostal Churches are now the new healing centers because the government hospitals and the clinics are completely empty because of decades of neglect and corruption. Millions of sick Nigerians that cannot afford to go to the few privately owned hospitals or travel overseas for medical treatments rush to these healing and deliverance Churches. Religion has turned millions of Nigerians into bigots and fanatics. Nigeria for now is a failing nation is all reality

"NIGERIA:A NATION OF ABNORMALITIES IN THIS 21ST CENTURY HUMAN UNIVERSE"

Nigeria has the largest number of Churches per square kilometer in the whole world without anything on the ground to show for it in all reality. Prayers and regular Church attendance are primary and daily obligations to most Nigerians. The national poverty rate is 80%, the unemployment rate is 50%, Nigerians do not enjoy any social services and modern national infrastructures from their government at all levels in this 21st century.
The public schools and the higher institutions are running on outdated curricula that are based on the 20th century education, the Nigerian Police Force can not guarantee the security of life and properties of their fellow Nigerians. Despite her oil wealth, Nigeria does not manufacture anything significant, inferior products that are below international standards are dumped on her market, the national economy is still at the consuming level and import-dependent since 1960. The culture of official corruption and the massive mismanagement of her state funds are the standard ways of doing government businesses by her public elected and appointed officials. Election rigging where the true votes of the actual voters will not count is the representative democracy in Nigeria since 1999.
Her prosperity pastors are super-rich and private jet owners in the midst of poverty, hopelessness and misery in their own Churches and they are eager to dine and to wine publicly with these highly corruption state elected and appointed officials. Everything in the life of a typical Nigerian is a miracle without any personal choices or responsibilities for their actions or decisions. Nigeria for now is a failing nation is all reality.

"NIGERIA:AN OIL-RICH NATION WITHOUT A NATIONAL AIRLINE"

Nigerian Airways was that started in 1958 before the discovery of oil in Nigeria died officially in 2003 as a result of many decades of unabated official corruption and the mismanagement of this airline revenues by its officials and the Aviation ministry. Nigeria is the only major oil producing and exporting country in the whole world today that has no national airline of her own despite a daily production of 2.5 million barrels of oil a day at about $100 a barrel that bring in a yearly revenue of $90 billion a year.
These officials who stole and mismanaged this airline and its huge revenues are today walking freely on the streets of Nigeria and are also enjoying their ill-gotten wealth from this defunct airline. No serious attempts have been made in the last 14 years of the Nigerian democracy to resuscitate this dead national carrier back to life. How can Nigerian government officials intentionally denied their country a huge revenue base and employment opportunities for their fellow Nigerians that a national airline carrier can make possible? Why should Nigerian government intentionally allowed other major global airline carriers to dominate her highly lucrative Nigeria's airline routes? Does Nigerian government benefit fully in a sharing formula and business partnerships with foreign airline carrier who dominate her highly travelled airline routes?
The over 10 million Nigerians in diaspora that sent home about $21 billion last year which was about 75% of the entire Nigerian national budget in 2012 have the needed financial resources to make a new Nigeria Airways a typical success story. Time in life marches on in Nigeria despite the dead Nigeria Airways that is begging for a second chance or opportunity to see life again.

"AMNESTY IS NOT THE POLITICAL SOLUTION TO BOKO HARAM IN NIGERIA"

Boko Haram (Western education is forbidden) is the Hausa language name of the terrorist group that originated from the Northeast of Nigeria under the leadership of the late Mohammed Yusuf and this group is pursuing a political agenda to turn the current democratic Nigerian nation into a theocratic Islamic state. This group has claimed to be personally responsible for several bombings of Churches, Mosques, public places and government offices in the Northern Nigeria that have resulted in the death of thousands of Nigerians and the loss of properties that ran into millions of dollar. The entire security agencies of Nigerian government have failed woefully to curtail the terrorist activities of this group to date. This group has carried out successful terrorist activities in Abuja, Kaduna, Maiduguri and Kano unabated.

What is the way forward today in an attempt by the government of Nigeria to put a final end to the menace of Boko Haram? How do you deal with a faceless group that has no known or publicly visible leadership and organizational structure in place? Who are the Boko Harams in all reality? Is Boko Haram 100% localized or it has connections and treaties with other known terrorist groups outside Nigeria Should this group be officially allowed to get away from legal prosecutions based of the rule of law as a result of their state terrorism, murders, arsons, ethnic killings or genocides against the Nigerian Christian groups and the Northern Nigerian ethnic minorities in the name of the proposed amnesty plan of the Nigerian government? Is the amnesty for Boko Haram going to give true justice to the families and friends of the Nigerians that were killed by this terrorist organization who deserve justice on behalf of their loss ones? Will Nigeria as a nation know the true peace and and the reign of tranquility after the full implementation of this proposed amnesty for Boko Haram? Will Boko Haram accept amnesty from prosecution in the place of their organization's political agenda of turning Nigeria into an Islamic nation? Is the menace of Boko Haram the only major issue that troubles the unity, the development, the peace and the future of the Nigerian nation today?

Nigeria as a nation is failing rapidly. The current democracy is not working for the future of Nigeria and her 160 million Nigerians despite our huge natural and human resources. Nigeria is now caught and helpless between her two major domestic enemies, the unabated massive official culture of corruption and the rule of lawlessness or brutality. Nigeria is now ripe for a Sovereign National Conference of all her ethnic nationalities and religious groups. This is the best practical political solution to the Nigerian huge crises as a failing nation that could soon becomes a failed nation in all reality.

"MARGARET THATCHER:A LIFE OF COMPLEX AND COMPLICATED LEGACIES"

Margaret Thatcher, the first female British Prime Minister that was popularly known as the Iron-Lady of Britain died today of stroke at the age of 87. This is the final end of every mortal being that is born of a woman. She ruled Britain from 1979 to 1990 and made many major international and domestic impacts that live on till today. How will this iron-lady of Great Britain be remembered? Will historians of the 21st century be fair to her? What were the legacies that this woman left behind in all truth and in all honesty? Will time, history and posterity, the three true judges of all historical leaders put her on the best side of history?

She died today leaving behind too many complex and complicated legacies in Great Britain and around the world. Her leadership was deeply divisive and polarizing in nature. She was liked and idolized by the conservatives, and at the same time she was highly hated and opposed by the liberals. On the domestic front, she was the true champion for the British middle class. She destroyed many industries and communities in the United Kingdom through her economic policy of privatization. She implemented the laws of stop and frisk in Britain that targeted the urban minorities. The implementation of these laws in Britain saw the worst race riots to date. She lost power not because she was voted out by the British voters, but because she became a political liability for the British conservative party that then forced her out of power in an unceremonious manner.

On the international scene, she was a good friend of the America and Ronald Reagan. Margaret Thatcher allowed the United States to have missile bases in Britain, she won the Faulklan war against the invasion of the nation of Argentina. Margaret Thatcher worked with the American jointly and to bring down the iron curtain, the Berlin war and the final collapse of the communist USSR. She openly and publicly supported the white apartheid minority government of South Africa and did not support the political struggles of the Black South Africans for racial justice and equality. She called Nelson Mandela, the political figure of the ANC of South Africa a terrorist. The legacies  that this iron-lady left behind will continue to be relevant in this 21st century human universe.

IS TRUE CHRISTIANITY ALL ABOUT USING GOD AND GOD ONLY?

What is the primary purpose of Christianity or the Christian faith in this life? Why do we become a Christian in the first instance? What do we gain or benefit personally for being a Christian? What do we stand to lose or suffer for following Jesus Christ in this life? What does the Christian faith promises you in this life for being a Christian? Is Christianity all about meeting our daily bread and butter?
Is Christianity all about God I need this, I want this or God do this for me? What do God except from us to do for him also as Christians? How can we truly know this God that we profess and be able to follow his perfect will and expectations properly in this world? Why did Jesus Christ die for mankind as the perfect sacrificial Lamb of God? What are our fundamental daily responsibilities to God as as Christians?
The only surest or the most certain thing that the biblical Christianity or the Christian faith promises any Christian in this life that will never or can never fail is the eternal life or the everlasting life that comes through an individual personal faith in the person and the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross at Calvary 2,000 years ago. Christianity or the Christian faith does not guarantee any Christian in this present world a daily life that is totally free from the regular problems and the daily challenges of this present life in all honesty, reality and truth.
A true, genuine, mature and sincere Christian can still be very poor materially and financially, sick in his or her physical human body, dies prematurely, remains unemployed, becomes childless, suffers life disasters, goes through severe persecutions by others, rejected or maligned by others, tortured, imprisoned or killed for his or his Christian faith, deceived, cheated, exploited by others, makes wrong important choices or the major life decisions with hefty consequences, a typical case of academic failure or faces many life different setbacks. Finally, no matter what we go through in this life as a Christian, whether those things are pleasant or unpleasant do not matter. The all-sufficient grace and the mercy of God the Father will surely see us through in all our life tribulations as Christians. In all things things we are more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior.

"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord" - Romans 8:35-39.

"NIGERIA:POLITICAL APPOINTMENTS AND PUBLIC OFFICES ARE JUICY POSITIONS"

Many Nigerians go into politics or the public service not because they desire to see a better Nigeria in their lifetime or they truly and sincerely want to contribute their own personal inputs into the national development of the Nigerian nation. Public offices are the easiest avenues today in Nigeria for the rogue and the heavily corrupt politicians to primarily and quickly enrich themselves from the government coffers that they control at the expense of the nation.
The corrupt self-enrichment in the position of leadership remains the number one priority for public service in Nigeria today. That is the reason why 30% of the federal budget is used directly for the payment of the high salaries and the hefty allowances for the 17,500 current political office holders or about 0.01% of the Nigerian population today at all levels (local, state and federal). That is also the same reason why our federal senators are paid $94,000 a month, the House members earn $75,000 a month and the nation's national minimum wage is only $110 per month for most of the millions of the Nigerian workers.
Political appointments and public elected offices in any true working democracy that is based on the supremacy of the rule of law and order are the powerful and the influential positions where major policies that will shape the destinies of their citizens, communities, local governments, state governments and the entire nation are debated, taken and implemented. The right avenues for true money making and huge financial opportunities in any working democracy where the rule of law prevails are in the private sector of that nation's economy and never in the public service or in the government positions.

"JONATHAN GOODLUCK OF NIGERIA:A PSYCHO-TALKER AND A MEDIOCRE"

"By the grace of God, terrorism will not break up Nigeria. Nigerians should keep on praying as your prayers have kept this nation to the point it is now. I strongly believe that all nations, at one time or the other, experience difficulties, so Nigeria is also passing through it own difficult moment.”- President. Goodluck Jonathan.
(i). Does this President understand the fundamental roles and the responsibilities of this office that he was elected into by those 22 million Nigerians in April 2011? (ii). Does this man understand the legal clause in the Nigerian constitution that says that it is the primary responsibility of the the Nigerian government to be responsible for the provision of the security of life and the properties of her citizens and residents?
(iii). Did this President forget that he took an oath of office with the Bible in one hand based on his personal religious faith and the 1999 Nigerian constitution on the other hand that he vowed to defend before the 160 million Nigerians? (iv). Can this President show all the Nigerians under his presidency today any known country that is seriously fighting terrorism successfully in this 21st century human universe and that country is using prayer as its primary or fundamental weapon of war against terrorists? (v). Did those INEC's 22 million voters who elect this President in April 2011 looked before leaping? (vi) Will Nigerians go out again to vote for this weak, ineffective and unproductive President in 2015?. Only time will tell.
