"THE UNIQUE JESUS CHRIST AND HIS RADICAL GOSPEL"

What makes Jesus Christ to stand out as a very unique historical figure with exemplary attributes in the entire human history? What makes his message or his gospel to be so radical in its nature, power and effect on mankind for the last 2,000 years of human history? Why is the gospel of Jesus Christ so popularly embraced all over the world by people from all walks of life? What is the core message of the gospel of Jesus Christ or the gospel that Jesus Christ preached on earth 2,000 years ago in the land of Palestine? Why did so many countless people die for the sake of this gospel throughout the Church history? Why are the followers or disciples of Jesus Christ worldwide still facing the various forms of persecutions or oppositions all over the world from individuals, human organizations or institutions and the governments of the nations of the world?

The physical birth of Jesus Christ according to the Bible was in line directly with the several prophecies from the Old Testament Bible hundreds of years before they were fulfilled. These prophecies spoke clearly about the manner of his physical birth, his earthly life, mission, death and resurrection  He was born uniquely without the required sexual intercourse between a man and a woman that leads normally to conception and pregnancy. He lived a sinless life that overcame all the temptations of this life. He spoke in the way that nobody ever spoke before him and after him. He did what nobody had ever done. He died and he was buried. On the third day he rose from the dead.

After his resurrection from the dead, he appeared to his disciples in different places for a period of 40 days. He then ascended from mount Olivet before about 500 of his followers into heaven at the right hand of his Father. He is now the advocate and the intercessor for his Church (the body of his followers worldwide). He will return at the rapture of the Church for his blameless bride. He commanded that his gospel should be preached to all the nations of the world beginning from Jerusalem and to the ends of the whole world.

This gospel has been preached in all the generations for the last 2000 years. Today in the 21st century and in the era of the information age, his gospel in now on the radios, satellite television stations and on the internet. His gospel has survived every political, social and economic system for the last 2000 years of the human history. The core message of his gospel is that, we humans are all sinners and we cannot save ourselves from our sins with our own good deeds, human righteousness, morality and efforts. We need a perfect and a sinless savior to do that for us. Jesus Christ is that true savior of mankind and the perfect sacrifice for human sin. Jesus Christ died for our sin on the cross at Calvary, and by believing in him and his death, burial, resurrection, ascension and glorification, we become eternally saved, our sins are then forgiven by God and we are then given the righteousness of God through Christ and the hope of the everlasting life.

The Lord is with you." 29 Mary was greatly troubled at his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be. 30 But the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, you have found favor with God. 31 You will be with child and give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus. 32 He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, 33 and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever; his kingdom will never end." 34 "How will this be," Mary asked the angel, "since I am a virgin?" 35 The angel answered, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.
