"THE MIND OF A RACIST AND THE WORKINGS OF THE INSTITUTIONALIZED RACISM"

The online encyclopedia, the Wikipedia defines the term "racism" as views, practices and actions reflecting the belief that humanity is divided into distinct biological groups called races and that members of a certain race share certain attributes which make that group as a whole less desirable, more desirable, inferior, or superior. The mind of a racist is filled with racial considerations, racial profiles, racial preferences, racial biases and racial discriminations when there is an interaction between the racist and the members of the other races in real life. Racists are found in all human races under the sun in this human universe. Racism may be expressed in the thoughts, words and actions of the racist.

A racist or the person who practices racial discrimination in real life may act directly or indirectly, in a subtle way or in an unsubtle way. The truth about racism is that it is not skin-color blind. A racist targets any member of another human race that is different from the race of the racist, no matter what you share in common in this life with the racist or what you do not share in common in this life with the racist. A racist will see you differently or treat you differently no matter your financial status in this life, no matter your exemplary character or lifestyle, no matter your educational accomplishments, no matter your religious faith, no matter your political ideology, no matter your physical appearance and professional responsibilities in this life.

Racism can also go beyond a human racist and may be extended into the major human institutions in a typical society. This type of racism is called the institutionalized racism which promotes racism on the societal level. The government agencies, religious organizations and the private enterprises can all serve an an extension of racism in the society. The criminal justice system, the security services, the media, the educational institutions, the entertainment industry and sports may have policies and agendas in place that promote the institutionalized racism in the society on a larger scale.
