‎Nigeria faces a possibility of a people-led political revolution against its elites in the nearest future. 90% of Nigeria's foreign exchange earnings come from oil and oil only. The nation's financial security, life and the future are built on oil since the 1960s when this oil was first discovered in Nigeria in commercial quantities.

Nigeria has made more than $600 billion from oil sales only since the late 1960s, more than $300-$400 billion had been siphoned overseas into their private bank accounts in Europe, North America, South America, Middle East and the Caribbeans by the past and present Nigeria's leaders and top government officials without anything on the ground for the ordinary Nigerians to survive on and to also justify this enormous oil wealth and revenue.

Today, 80% of Nigerians are living in abject poverty and are surviving on $1-2 a day. Unemployment rate has reached over 30% amongst the youths leaving behind millions of young college-educated Nigerians without employment, hope and future. Millions of Nigerian workers in both the private and the government sectors earn poverty wages that will never allow them to meet their basic needs in life. Nigeria's national infrastructures, education systems and social services are all old, outdated, inadequate and collapsing.

The national population stands at 160 million citizens and residents, it is expected to hit 400 million persons in 2050 when oil experts expected the Nigeria's oil reserves that currently stands at 38 billion barrels to be completely depleted at the current rate of exploration that stands at 2.5 million barrels a day or 1 billion barrels a year.
The oil in Nigeria today has benefited only the nation's elites (serving and retired military generals, serving and retired security chiefs, politicians, public elected officials and their families and cronies, as well as retired and serving top government officials).

Can Nigeria survive without this oil money coming in on daily basis? Time is fast running out against Nigerian nation that has refused through her corrupt leadership for 40 years to manage and invest this oil wealth wisely for the betterment of all Nigerians and the future generations of Nigerians. Are Nigeria's leaders aware of this unavoidable event of the future as they are all very busy at the moment stealing the leftovers from the nation's coffers? Once beaten, twice shy. Today, more than 360 cities across the 50 states of America felt their impacts heavily. At the moment, 14 million Americans are unemployed, another 10 million Americans are under-employed and 10 million home owners are under water and face foreclosures. The wealth of the top 1% or 425,000 richest Americans have grown by over 300% in the last 30 years  and now controls 40% of the nation's wealth, while the wealth of the middle class Americans or 99% movement grew by only 20% in the same period.

The six richest banks in America today (Bank of America,  J. P. Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley) controls 70% of the nation's GDP or $8 trillion. The corporations in America are today sitting on an idle cash of over $2 trillion that if invested into this struggling economy, this investments will create millions of jobs for the unemployed Americans.

This movement has shaken the powers that be to their cores in the America's powerful political and economic systems. This movement has come to stay and will play a role in the midterm and the presidential elections of 2012. This movement is a replica of the civil rights movement in the 1960s that changed America for good. Time will surely tell.

Tithing was MANDATORY and COMMANDED in the LAW of MOSES for ISREAL in the Old Covenant. Tithing was a major component of the Law of Moses and cannot be separated from the Law of Moses. "TERRORISM IN NIGERIA UNDER THE DISGUISE OF ISLAM"

 Daily insecurity of life and properties of all Nigerians and her residents continue unabated under the watch of Jonathan Goodluck, the president of Nigeria and the commander-in-chief of her armed forces. The biggest challenge to the next occupier of the Oval Office is how to generate more revenue. The two political parties are divided about this issue. GOP wants cut to Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security and all government financed entitlement programs. The Democrat wants tax increase on the top 1% of the richest Americans and the corporations as well as a deep cut to defence spending.
(iii) Fair Tax Systems:The top 1% of the richest Americans and the corporations control more than 70% of the nation's wealth and their incomes have grown by more than 200% in the last 30 years compared with the middle-class and the poor Americans who had a mere growth of about 30%. The top income earners and corporations pay less in taxes and have enjoyed tax break that they did not need or asked for in the first instance since 2002.
(iv) Immigration:America's immigration system is totally broken and needed an immediate reform to fix it. Today, there are between 12-20 million illegal immigrants in this country according to many reliable estimates. The illegal aliens are not paying taxes, not in our national systems and putting financial pressure on our social services and public infrastructures.
(v) Terrorism and Foreign Wars:Who can truly keep this country safe from the domestic and international terrorists who plan daily on attacking Americans and our national interests around the world? How do will bring these two foreign wars in Iraq and Afghanistan to a final end? America has spent over $1 trillion in these two wars and lost about 5,000 precious Americans.
(vi) Occupy Wall Street:These political protests against corporate greed that started about 5 weeks ago have now reached close to 300 America's major cities and commercial nerve centers and with no sign of it abating. These protesters will definitely have a say in the midterm and the presidential elections of 2012.
(vii) Abortion and Gay Rights:Americans are heavily divided politically along pro-choice, pro-life and the gay rights issues in this country. These issues listed above will play a major role in the way Americans will vote in 2012 for their president.

A major intra-party crisis is looming within the Republican Party of America over the allegations of the sexual harassment against Herman Cain, the party's presidential front runner. Mr. Cain has accused Governor Perry's campaign as the prime culprit behind this huge political scandal. Mr Perry's campaign in turn pointed their own accusing finger at Governor Romney's campaign and Mr. Romney denied any knowledge about the origin of this scandal. Mr. Cain has too made many incoherent comments about these allegations to date.

Is Herman Cain speaking the truth on these matter? Why is Herman playing a blame-game tactics instead of owning up as a man and the suspected culprit? Who is behind this sexual scandal? Mr Herman Cain  today is facing the two biggest political battles of his life, which are the current allegations of sexual harassment made against him by many women and the new accusation of taking illegal financial contribution to his campaign organization from a non-profit and tax-exempt organization, Prosperity USA, which may violate the current federal election and campaign laws. A totally defiant Herman Cain accused Governor Rick Perry of Texas, his GOP opponent of engineering a dirty campaign to destroy his presidential dream, as more accusations emerged on Wednesday that Mr. Cain made more unwanted sexual overtures to women when he headed the National Restaurant Association in the 1990s as its CEO.

Meanwhile, Herman Cain’s presidential campaign accepted tens of thousands of dollars in goods and services from a tax-exempt organization (Prosperity USA) founded by his current chief of staff. If these allegations are found to be true at the end of the day, these expenditures would violate federal election and campaign laws, which prohibit tax-exempt groups from engaging in any political activity or contributing to election campaigns. Will Herman Cain survive the biggest political battles of his political life or not? Is Herman Cain going, going and gone this time around? Time only will tell.

"HERMAN CAIN'S SEXUAL HARASSMENT ALLEGATIONS:HIGH-TECH LYNCHING OR SELF-MADE"

Herman Cain was accused of sexual harassment by two former female employees that worked for him when he was the CEO of the National Restaurant Association ten years ago, These cases never went to court or jury for trials, it was handled internally by the organization with a five-figure monetary settlement each for his accusers and a non-disclosure agreement. Herman Cain in the last 72 hours have made a lot of contradictory statements on these allegations before he press. He has also lost the official big endorsement of the National Rifle Association. This development at the end of the day will single-handedly either mar or make Herman Cain's presidential run in the GOP for the White House in 2012.

Since this scandal was first made known to the whole world by the POLITCO Newspaper exactly three days ago now. Herman Cain has of today given five totally different incoherent responses to his interviewers at the major cable television networks about these allegations. Are these incoherent responses from Herman Cain and his staffers the best practical approach to a damage control in a political campaign? Will Mr. Cain survive these allegations this time around? Will he fall from his leading position in the GOP polls in the next few days or weeks to come? Prosperity preachers and their followers worldwide claimed openly that Jesus Christ was rich when he walked on this earth 2000 years ago in the land of Palestine and therefore they have every biblical justification to be rich also like Jesus Christ. How can we know the real truth behind these claims that are the foundation for today's prosperity gospel? The only reliable, valid and dependable source of information available today that can be used to verify these claims are the true historical accounts of the birth, the earthly ministry, the death, the burial and the resurrection of Jesus Christ as reported in the four gospels of Mathew, Mark, Luke and John as well as in the first two chapters of the book of the Acts of the Apostles.

Did these biblical accounts claim that Jesus Christ was rich or not? What was considered as rich in Palestine 2000 years ago in the days of Jesus Christ? Did Jesus Christ fit into this standard for measuring wealthy 2000 years ago in Palestine? Can we see those visible signs of wealthy lifestyle in the earthly ministry of Jesus Christ as claimed by many today? What is the truth about Jesus' wealth according to the Bible. According to an online website "Let Us Reason Ministries". The Archaeological excavations of Nazareth from the 1950’s show the village of Jesus' day were occupied by poor agricultural people. As Jesus grew up he worked in the trade of a carpenter, not a trade known for its wealth. How did Jesus become rich with a step-dad who was only a carpenter?  There is absolutely no indication anywhere that he was wealthy from his family or from traveling with His disciples. By the way, He took no tithes from his followers.
The rich young ruler came to Jesus and he responded by telling to him to give all his riches to the poor and follow him. Was Jesus telling him to rid himself of riches while he actually possessed them Himself? Would he ask someone to do something he himself would not?

What is the final conclusion about the real truth concerning Jesus' wealth? He was buried in another man's tomb. If he was rich as many claimed today, Jesus Christ would have been buried in his own personal tomb like all the rich people in Palestine in his time. This biblical revelation is a prove and a strong evidence that Jesus Christ had no money for this. Neither did his family nor the apostles had the money for his burial, the tomb was actually donated by a rich secret follower of Jesus Christ to be exact. Jesus Christ during his three years of his earthly ministry had borrowed many things on many occasions. Which was a clear sign that he was not rich as claimed today by many. These were some of the things that Jesus Christ had to borrow: (i) He borrowed boats. (ii) He borrowed a colt. (iii) He borrowed a house for Passover and (iv) He was buried in a borrowed tomb.

Under the presidency of Barack Obama, his administration is now bringing the two most costly and unnecessary wars in Afghanistan and Iraq to a final end and also cutting the defence budget that is adding to our deficits and national debt in the time of peace. Obama has succeeded in killing the America's known enemies without putting any boot on the ground, or the lost of any American precious life and also at a cheaper price tag than the GOP.

American government has spent more $1.1 billion dollar on Libya to date to end the evil regime of Muarmur Gadhafi that was killed yesterday by the Libyan rebels compared to $1 trillion in Iraq under the GOP government in power with over 4,000 American life lost in that war of choice alone. Obama  government has also succeeded in killing the two major leaders of the terrorist groups that are bent on destroying America by all means (Osama Bin Laden and Al-Walaki of Yemen) without any loss of American life or at a significantly high price tag.

WHO IS AFRAID OF BARACK OBAMA IN 2012?

Why is the GOP and all her presidential aspirants for the office of the president of the United States all afraid of Barack Obama? Why is Obama under serious attacks from the Republicans and the right-wing media and commentators? What makes Barack Obama to be a giant political force to be reckoned with in the American presidential politics of today?

(i) His ability to raise more money through his small donors than the Republican candidates.(ii) His publicly acclaimed oratorical ability and communication skills. (iii) The faithfulness of his major voting blocks (African-Americans, Hispanics, middle-class and urban whites and the new immigrants). (iv) Republican Party is too polarised and divided between the conservatives and the radical Tea Party elements.

 (v) He has no single opposition in the Democratic Party against him in 2012. (vi) The two leading Republican candidates at the moment are supported by two different groups within the same party that are lightyears apart in their political ideologies. (vii) The present tax issue (Buffet Rule) in America between the rich and the middle class and the poor. 82% of American voters support tax increase on the rich which is Obama's position and political message in 2012 presidential election.

(viii) The poor job performance of the Republican-led House of Representatives. 82% of American voters did not approve their job performance and many of them will face a tough battle next year in their midterm elections. (ix) Obama still has more than two more years in Oval Office to turn the ailing economy around through his present American Job Bill to be paid for by taxing the rich Americans and the corporations. If this bill is opposed by the Republican majority in the House of Representatives, then it will be a political referendum on the Republican led House and a political message in 2012 midterm and presidential elections.

 (x) The swing block in all presidential elections, the independents support taxing the rich and the corporations more which is the same political position that Obama holds now and it will be his major political campaign message or agenda for 2012. (xi) There are too many ways to reach the electoral magic number of 270 without following the traditional red states/blue states patterns. (xii) The demographics of the electorates are changing in every presidential circle. (xiii) 13 million Hispanic-Americans are now eligible to vote in the 2012 presidential elections.

President Barack Obama is still ahead of all his 2012 Republican Party rivals in polls numbers as well as in campaign money raised despite the fact that he has the lowest approval rating of 39% for his job performance, a struggling economy with an unemployment rate of 9.1% that is not creating enough jobs for the 14 million unemployed Americans and another 10 million Americans who are under-employed, coupled with the high rate of foreclosures on the ground and the growing oppositions to the Wall Street and the Congress through this ongoing nationwide protests (Occupy Wall Strret).

At the end of the third quarter, Obama raised a whooping $70 million more than all the money raised by his Republican rivals combined together. The three leading GOP hopefuls raised the following amount of money for their campaigns at the end of the third quarter this year:(i) Governor Perry $17 million with 57% of his donors coming from Texas and from big donors. (ii) Mitt Romney brought in $14 from Wall Street bankers. (ii) Herman Cain who is ahead in GOP polls raised about $2.4 million.

Obama's donations came from over 600,00 small donors across the United States. Obama plans to raise about $1 billion to be a record-breaking campaign money ever raised in the American presidential election campaign history to confront the machinery of the GOP that is backed by the two American billionaire brothers (the Kochs) and their organization known as the American for Prosperity. They plan to spend about $500 million to defeat Obama in 2012.

Who says America's democracy is not about money? Money allows any candidate to stay competitive in the race. As 2012 approaches, unlimited money will be coming in from the Wall Street bankers and corporations into the GOP's coffers while simulteneously, equal amount of money or even more will be coming also from the trade unions, American middle class workers and hundreds of thousands of small donors for Obama's campaign. Money will be one of the determining factors in 2012 presidential elections. Money may be the key to occupying the White House in 2012 instead of protests to occupy the Wall Street.

"HERMAN CAIN FOR PRESIDENT:THE TRUTH ABOUT HIS TAX CODE ( 9-9-9) IS REVEALED"

Herman Cain who is the current leader in the Republican Party presidential field has proposed a radical and an unconventional approach for solving the present unfair tax code used in America by the IRS that is filled with loopholes for individuals and corporations to evade taxes. His new tax code 9-9-9 is very catchy to the eyes, looks so simple to understand and appears to be fair, uniform across the board and transparent. The 9-9-9 means 9% personal income tax that will replace the payroll taxes, 9% national sales tax for new goods and 9% corporate tax.

How good is this 9-9-9 tax code in reality? Is this tax code better than the present tax code? Is this tax code going to bring in more revenue to the government's coffers than the present tax code? Is this tax code going to reduce federal deficits and debt than the present tax code? Who will pay more under the 9-9-9 tax code? Who will pay less under the 9-9-9 tax code? Who will benefit more under the 9-9-9 tax code? Who will be affected more under the 9-9-9 tax code? The tax income of $270 billion will be the lowest taxes ever paid in the history of America by the corporations and the wealthy Americans. His 9-9-9 tax code will also result in the largest taxes ever paid by the poor and the middle class Americans in history. 9-9-9 tax code is designed to protect the corporations and the top 1% of the richest Americans by making them richer and richer with less taxes paid, and at the same time, over-taxing the 99% of all Americans (the poor and the middle class Americans) by making them poorer and poorer through more taxes.

IS HERMAN CAIN THE GOP FRONT RUNNER A FLAVOR FOR THE WEEK?

The sudden rise of Herman Cain from nothing to something is the biggest political miracle today in America and in the GOP's quest to capture the White House from Barack Obama in 2012. Herman Cain has no national name recognition in the American politics until few weeks ago with no visible political structures on the ground and lack of millions of dollars in his campaign coffers to run a strong and competitive race in the the early primary states of Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina that are too important for any serious-minded presidential hopeful in the GOP.

Herman Cain, the rising star has a very busy weekend with all the major American news media. He will be appearing on the following major cable networks this Sunday:Candy Crowley of CNN's "State of the Nation", Christiane Amanpour of the ABC's "This Week", Gregory David of the NBC's "Meet the Press" and Chris Wallace of the "Fox News Sunday". This weekend appearances will be one of the greatest opportunities for Herman Cain the rising star of the GOP to sell his candidature to all American voters. The press will also succeed in scrutinizing his background, his political philosophy and his controversial tax code system known as the 9-9-9.

Polls that came out today in the GOP's critical states of Florida and South Carolina put Herman Cain ahead of all his rivals. Herman Cain's campaign coffers have also started to attract donors and more money. Herman Cain has also started to expand the number of his political staff and his political campaign offices in the critical states of Iowa and New Hampshire in preparation for the GOP's presidential primaries slated for early next year.

The two biggest obstacles to Herman Cain presidential ambition in the GOP are (i) Raising enough money to state competitive in the race in all the important primaries states and (ii) Herman Cain's highly controversial new tax code system of 9-9-9 (9% personal tax, 9% national sales tax and 9% corporate tax) which will be the most radical tax reform ever known in America today as well the highest practical transfer of wealth from the poor and the middle class Americans to the wealthy and the corporations.

Today, 80% of American in both Democratic and the Republican Parties support more taxes for the top 1% richest Americans and the corporations. Protesters behind the "Occupy Wall Street" are all fighting against corporate greed and the unfair tax systems in America that favors the rich and the corporations. Herman Cain remains the only unifying force in the highly divided and ideological polarised Republican Party for now.

Is Herman Cain going to be a flavor for a moment or he has come to stay as the possible GOP nominee in 2012 who will slug it out with Barack Obama? Is the presidential race in 2012 going to be a major history making between these two black American politicians or not? As for now, Herman Cain remains the rising star of the GOP. How far he will go is left fully for the events of the next few weeks in the highly slippery and unpredictable American presidential politics. "OBAMA VERSUS THE THREE GOP PRESIDENTIAL POSSIBILITIES IN 2012"

Herman Cain has no visible political structures on the ground in any of the early state primaries as well as the money-power needed to campaign effectively, yet he remains the leader in the GOP presidential field and he is leading in all the recent polls. Some of his opponents said he is not a serious candidate and that his main   goal in politics is his book signing. Another reliable polls yesterday puts Herman Cain far ahead of the rest in the critical state of Florida that is too important to any GOP presidential candidate to win the party's primary as well as in the general election in 2012.

According to reliable polls that are out today, if the presidential election was held today and Mitt Romney emerges as the GOP presidential candidate, Obama leads Romney nationwide by 46% to 44%. If Herman Cain becomes the GOP nominee and runs against Obama in 2012. According to the polls, Obama leads Cain by a big margin of 49% against 38%. If Obama runs against Governor Perry of Texas in 2012, the margin is the largest and it stands at 51% for Obama and 39% for Perry.

Obama's approval rate is the lowest at 39% since he became the president. His American Job bill is popular amongst likely American voters at 63%. Obama brought in more money into his presidential campaign and for his party than the total amount of money brought in by all the GOP presidential candidates at the end of the last summer. Obama raised a whooping sum of $70 million for his own re-election in 2012.

It will be too difficult for Obama to be easily defeated in 2012 by any of his GOP rivals. Politics is always a game of numbers. As 2012 presidential elections draw nearer, all hands are now on the deck and time will surely tell us what to expect in 2012. Is it going to be Obama versus Romney or Obama versus Cain or Obama versus Perry?

"MIIT ROMNEY'S MANY POLITICAL PROBLEMS IN 2012 GOP PRESIDENTIAL RACE"

 Mitt Romney carries too many political baggages today that will surely hinder his presidential ambition in 2012 if he wins the GOP's nomination to run for the White House. Mitt Romney is the biggest flip-flopping politician to the core on the most important issues to the Evangelical Republicans and the Tea Party elements who are the two most powerful opposing voting blocks in the GOP today.

Romney is also a Mormon by his religious faith and Mormonism is considered to be a cult religion by the American Evangelical Christians that normally vote for the GOP. Romney has changed his positions on the following issues that are the most important to the Evangelicals and most American voters:(i) Gay Marriage. (ii) Abortion. (iii) Romneycare. (iv) Taxation. (v) Foreign Policies. (vi) Defence Spending and (vii) Immigration.

The Obamacare that the GOP hated to the core was fashioned, designed and patterned after the Romneycare in Massachusetts when he was the GOP governor of that state. The same private consultants that developed Romneycare were also hired by the White House in 2009 to help in the development of  today's Obamacare. How far will Romney go with his Chameleon's nature? Time will surely tell.

"THE CONTROVERSIAL AMERICAN POLITICIAN HERMAN CAIN LEADS THE GOP RACE"

"HERMAN CAIN SURGES AHEAD OF ALL HIS GOP RIVALS":The newly released NBC polls today puts Herman Cain in the first position ahead of Mitt Romney and Rick Perry towards the White House. According to this polls, Herman Cain is 27%, Mitt Romney stands at 23% and Rick Perry at a lower 16%. I saw it coming, I foresaw it and decided to write about it on my Facebook Wall few days ago.

This is a true reflection on the ideological war that is going on in the GOP. This political party is a house that is divided by two opposing political ideologies, one ideology is led by the old brigade conservative elements that back Mitt Romney, and the other group is powered by the Tea Party and the religious rights that back Rick Perry. Herman Cain's candidature remains the only realistic and the true unifying force today in the GOP that is attractive equally to these two ideological groups that are two parallel lines that will never meet politically.

Who is this Herman Cain? He is the only African-American presidential aspirant in the Republican Party that is eyeing the White House in 2012. Herman Cain graduated from Moore College, a former mathematician and computer programmer for the US Navy and a retired pizza CEO. 

Will Herman Cain succeed in raising enough money and stay competative in the race to the end and also unite the conservatives and the Tea Party elements in the GOP behind him? For now, this is the man to watch out for. History may be in the making again in the American presidential politics if he wins his party nomination. Is the presidential elections of 2012 going to be Obama versus Cain? Time will surely tell.

IS WESTERN TYPE OF CAPITALISM TRULY SUSTAINABLE IN THIS 21ST CENTURY?

The biggest threat to the western type of capitalism for decades was the Russian Communist Revolution of the 1917 that spread to China and the entire Eastern Europe from 1917 to 1990 when the great superpower nation that was known then as the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) suddenly collapsed like a pack of cards in the 1990 and many new nations then emerged out of the remnants of the old Soviet Union. These new Eastern European nations then embraced the western type of representative democracy, party politics and the free market systems or capitalism.

The collapse of the old Soviet Union also changed the world's economic order and direction in the late 1990s with the sudden rise of the Asian Tiger nations of South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia and the other emerging economies of the world, such as India, Brazil and South Africa who are now competing with the western industrialized nations for the 21st century human global markets for their goods and services as well as for the limited global oil supply or reserves that are needed to power their new economies and their emerging, but fast growing middle-class populations.

The last 10 years have also seen the sudden rise in the outsourcing of factory and service jobs by the corporations of the western world to the other developing and emerging economies for cheaper labor, to avoid unregulated practices,  to avoid high taxation and make huge corporate profits and to also be freed from the powerful labour unions and labor-related lawsuits. The American manufacturers have closed down more than 50,000 factories in the last 10 years resulting in the loss of more than 3 million factory jobs as a result of those closures.

Today, America's unemployment rate stands at 7.7%, those factory jobs are not likely to be back in America for now or in the nearest future. Today, many powerful political movements are growing in leaps and bounds across the major cities of the United States and the western nations who are now calling for economic justice, fairness and equal taxation in America in particular. Are these political developments the answers to this present western economic crises, the growing wealth gap and ever expanding income inequality in America in particular and in the western economies in general? Will these global movements succeed in changing or reshaping the economic policies of the United States  and the west forever? Will the western capitalism and its corporate greed survive the grassroot movements that are fighting against it in this 21st century human universe? Only time will surely tell.

"THE 99% MOVEMENT THREATENS AMERICA'S CORPORATE GREED AND PROFITEERS"

OCCUPY WALL STREET, the leaderless political movement that is calling for a social and a political change in America is now in its 4th week and it has now spread to more than 250 major cities of the United States, with the backing and support from hundreds of trade unions, students' organizations and political groups. This political revolution resembles the civil rights movement in the 1960s that changed America forever in the area of racial justice and equality and the Tea Party movement in 2010 that changed the United States Congress and the traditional Republican Party of America.

This people-powered movement has continued to receive attacks and negative coverage from the right-wing media organizations led by Fox News and from the leadership of the Republican Party. They have been called names such as "mobs", "anti-capitalism", "anti-free market economy", "angry Americans",  "traitors" "anti-American" and many other derogatory terms. But the truth of the whole matter is simple :who is primarily threatened by this grass root political movement, corporatocracy or the GOP?

No matter what happens at the end of the day, this movement has come to stay America and is unstoppable and will change the growing corporate greed in America as well as shape the political landscape of this nation forever, especially the Republican Party that its leaders' primary goal in politics and in Washington is to protect corporate America and the top 1% of the richest America instead of fairness and the middle-class Americans. We wait and see the political outcomes of this revolution. Time will surely tell.

HOW DID BARACK OBAMA WIN THE PRESIDENCY OF THE UNITED STATES IN 2008?

 Public opinions are heavily divided on this issue that I have raised above. Did Wifrey Oprah and Collin Powell helped him to win the presidency as believed by many people today? Did he win because Americans wanted a black president or a generational shift in leadership? Did he win because of George Bush Jr failed presidency?

 

 From the accurate and precise analysis of how Americans voted in 2008 presidential elections, the truth about his victory can be openly seen. Before Obama ran for the presidency in 2008, American presidential voters always voted along the traditional blue and red states voting patterns.

 

In the American presidential politics, the following are the major voting blocks:Blue-Collar and Rural Whites, Urban and Professional Whites, White Seniors, Women, African-Americans, Hispanics, Young Voters, American Jews and the New Immigrants. Obama won 98% of the African-American votes, 67% of Hispanics votes, 10 million votes amongst the Urban and Professional Whites, 67% of Young Voters, 58% of Women and 78% of Jewish Americans.

 

The truth is that the voting pattern changes in the American presidential politics in every presidential election circle. What will happen in the 2012 presidential election? How will American voters vote in 2012? Time will surely tell.

Younger whites have been socialised not under racial segregation but in a racially integrated social and cultural environment where hip-hop is the music of urban America for whites, blacks, Latinos and Asians" - Manning Marable is professor and founding director of the Institute for Research in African American Studies at Columbia University.

"THE 14 REASONS WHY THE REPUBLICAN PARTY OF AMERICA (GOP) IS TOO AFRAID OF BARACK OBAMA IN 2012 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION"

(i) His ability to raise more money through his small donors than the Republican candidates. Obama Campaign for America is planning to raise $1.2 billion to fight the GOP's machines
(ii) His publicly acclaimed oratorical ability, deep knowledge about issues and communication skills.
 (iii) The faithfulness of his major voting blocks (African-Americans, Hispanics, middle-class Americans,  urban whites and the new immigrants).
(iv) Republican Party is too polarized and divided between the conservatives and the radical Tea Party elements.
(v) He has no single opposition in the Democratic Party against him in 2012.
(vi) The two leading Republican candidates at the moment are supported by two different groups within the same party that are light years apart in their political ideologies.
(vii) The present tax issue (Buffet Rule) in America between the rich and the middle class and the poor. 70% of American voters support tax increase on the rich which is Obama's position and political message in 2012 presidential election.
(viii) The poor job performance of the Republican-led House of Representatives. 82% of American voters did not approve their job performance and many of them will face a tough battle next year in their midterm elections.
(ix) Obama still has more than one more year in Oval Office to turn the ailing economy around for better. The Obama's proposed American Job Bill to be paid for by taxing the rich Americans and the corporations was opposed by the Republican majority in the House of Representatives will now become a political referendum on the Republican led House and a political message in 2012 midterm and presidential elections. Unemployment rate has now dropped to its lowest rate since 2009. It is now 8.5%.
(x) The swing block in all presidential elections, the independents support taxing the rich and the corporations more which is the same political position that Obama holds now and it will be his major political campaign message or agenda for 2012.
(xi) There are too many ways to reach the electoral magic number of 270 without following the traditional red states/blue states patterns. (xii) The demographics of the electorates are changing in every presidential circle. (xiii) 13 million Hispanic-Americans are now eligible to vote in the 2012 presidential elections. (xiv) Many polls show President Barack Obama ahead of his GOP potential rivals  in a match to match national contest in 2012.

Fred Shuttlesworth was one of the heroes and leaders of the American civil rights movement in the 1950s who survived beatings and bombings in Alabama a half-century ago as he fought against racial injustice alongside the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

He died on Wednesday in Birmingham, Alabama at the age of 89. In 2009, in a wheelchair, he was front and center among other dignitaries in an audience of about 6,000 at the city’s Boutwell Auditorium to watch a live broadcast as the nation’s first black president, Barack Obama, was sworn in.

“Without Fred Shuttlesworth laying the groundwork, those demonstrations in Birmingham would not have been as successful,” said Andrew M. Manis, author of “A Fire You Can’t Put Out,” a biography of Mr. Shuttlesworth. “Birmingham led to Selma, and those two became the basis of the civil rights struggle.”

"SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS OF RACISM AND WHITE SUPREMACY FOLLOW THE GOP HOPEFUL:RICK PERRY"

(i) Rick Perry wrote a letter in 2000 to defend the local communities in Texas that wanted a Confederate Monuments on Texas government buildings.

(ii) Rick Perry supports the ongoing movement by the Confederate groups in Texas that wanted the Confederate Image on automobile state licenses to read "Sons of Cofederate Veterans".

 (iii) Rick Perry once defended one of his staffers that was forced to resign over a racial slur comment "we have one NIGGER here and we do not need another one.

 (iv) The Washington Post reported last week that Perry's family leases a hunting camp once called "Niggerhead". According to some local residents interviewed by the Post, the Perrys used the camp for years before painting over a large rock with that name on it, which stands at an entrance to the area, and during this time Perry hosted friends and supporters at the camp.

Can he sell his candidature to American voters from different races, cultures, religions and ethnicities? Time will surely tell. Rick Perry carries a lot of baggages into the GOP race. How far will he go? Will he defend these serious allegations in his next public debate sucessfully? All hands on deck for now as the political events unfold. Time will surely tell.

"AMERICAN POLITICS AND DEMOCRACY:OBAMA VERSUS THE DO-NOTHING CONGRESS"

The primary constitutional role of the 535 members of the United States Congress is to legislate bills that will benefit their constituencies in particular and the American nation in general. Today, America faces the worst economy recession since the 1930s, millions of homeowners face foreclosures, 14 million Americans are jobless, 10 mill...ion Americans are underemployed, the unemployment rate stands at 9.1% and the nation carries a huge national debt of $14.5 trillion.

The Congress is so polarised, broken into pieces and heavily divided along party ideologies. Party loyalty, winning the mid-term elections, defeating Obama in the 2012 presidential election, protecting the top 1% of the richest Americans and the Corporations that caused the collapse of our national economy from paying their fair share in taxes are the primary goals of the Republican-led House of Representatives and the Republican senators in the House of Senate.

The elections of 2012 for both the Congress and the presidency will be primarily about the economy and jobs. At the present moment the approval rating of the Congress stands at 11% which is at its lowest in decades and 82% of Americans support tax increase on the rich and the corporations. Will many of these Congress members survive their re-election hurdles in 2012?  Did Tea Party elements of the House Republican change Washington as they promised their supporters who voted them into power in 2010 or they divided and polarised Washington further? Time will surely tell in 2012.

"THE ORIGIN OF THE SO CALLED PROSPERITY GOSPEL":Is this doctrine biblical or man-made? This strange type of Christianity based on money and materialism started in the 1940s through a small religious sect known as the "Faith and Healing Movement" in the southern United States. It was pioneered by Late Oral Roberts and Kenneth Hagin Sr. The core teaching was "God wants all Christians to be rich and the key is giving".

Upon his return to Nigeria, he established the PFN, the first Christian TV ministry and recruited an army of young followers (Ayo Oritsejafor, David Oyedepo, Felix Omobude, Fred Addo and Chris Oyakhilome) to spread this doctrine all over Nigeria.

THE MIXED RESULTS OF THE PROSPERITY GOSPEL IN NIGERIA:Prosperity gospel has produced two distinct mixed results in Nigeria since its introduction in the 1960s to the Nigerian Christian community. (i) The primary beneficiaries from this prosperity gospel are the prosperity teachers who are super-rich. (ii) Tens of millions of their followers and givers that live in abject poverty and lacking the basic needs of life.

"OCCUPY WALL STRRET:THE POLITICAL REVOLUTION THAT IS SWEEPING THROUGH AMERICA"

"OCCUPY WALL STREET:THE POLITICAL REVOLUTION AND ANSWER TO THE PRESENT ECONOMIC CRISIS, INCOME INEQUALITY, POVERTY AND WEALTH GAP IN AMERICA":This powerful, unstoppable, effective, leaderless but middle-class powered revolution is now in its 4th week and it is spreading like a bush fire into the commercial nerve centers and 51 major cities in America for the following reasons:(i) Wall Street bankers were primarily responsible for the present economic recession. Their risky business practices led to the collapse of this economy in 2008.

(ii) The too-big to fail banks were bailed out with our taxes after the collapse of our economy. They have since recovered and are now economically vibrant, but the middle-class Americans have not recovered from the same economic crisis.

 (iii) Six of the biggest banks on Wall Street control 60% of America's GDP or about $7 trillion. This monopoly must be broken for competition and fairness. If these six banks collapse again which is very possible based on the same business model they practice today which was the same business model that collapsed our economy in the first instance.

 (iv) The corporations are sitting on an idle cash totalling $2 trillion at the present moment. They have refused to create jobs or invest this money in this ailing economy. (v) Our democracy and the US Congress have been hijacked by the Wall Street bankers and big corporations through their thousands of lobbyists and campaign money given to these politicians and our elected public officials.

(vi) Money determines election winners, this is not democracy but a corporatocracy. The rule of the corporations, for the corporations and by the corporations. (vii) Unemployment rate stands at 9.1%, the highest since the great depression of the 1930s. 14 million Americans are unemployed, another 10 million Americans are underemployed.

 (viii) The top 1% of Americans who are about 450,000 billionaires and millionaires control 60% of the nation's wealth, pay less taxes and have increased their wealth by 400% in the last 30 years through these favorable economic policies that favor the rich and big corporations only.

 (ix) Millions of home owners are facing foreclosures that was caused by these Wall Street investment bankers who were bailed out instead of these home owners who were given bad loans by these banks. (x) Republican-led House of Representatives and their senators in the House of Senate are all in Washington primarily to defend and protect the Wall Street and the wealthy Americans instead of the middle-class Americans and the poor that voted them into power.

(xi) Poverty rate in America is now at over 46%, the highest rate in the last 15 years according to a government report that came out recently. (xii) The middle-class, the economic engine of any nation and its democracy is quickly disappearing in America today. The middle-class jobs that make the American Dream a reality to millions of American workers are no longer obtainable today.

 

The Republican leaders have been verbally attacking these peaceful protesters calling them mobs. Othes on the left of our politics says it is the direct answer to the political extremism of the Tea Party Movement that swept this nation in 2010. What will be the final outcome and the future of this powerful political movement that cuts across races, socioeconomic status, ethnicities and culture and is taking over the major cities of America today? Power belongs to the American people. Only time will surely tell.

WHO IS DONALD TRUMP AND WHAT DOES HE STANDS FOR IN THIS 21ST CENTURY AMERICA?

The New York City real estate billionaire Donald Trump has been in the national spotlight in America for the last few weeks. Many are speculating that he may run in 2012 under the platform of the Republican Party as a presidential candidate. If this is true, then we need to know who Donald Trump is in all reality, his political beliefs, his public life records and his present positions on the most important and the most volatile issues in America of today.

America as a nation today faces enourmous domestic and foreign challenges. Our national debt is skyrocketing beyond a manageable level at the moment, our nation is not fully out of the woods due to the worst economic recession since the 1930s, our public school systems are failing the students in millions yearly, unemployment rate and foreclosure on homes are at their highest levels in decades. Our immigration policy is broken with an estimated number of illegal immigrants put at between 12-20 million persons.

American national infrastructures are old and dilapitating, the health care system left behind over 46 million Americans without health insurance. The future of our Social Security System with its medicaid and medicare programs for our seniors are bleak. America is presently immersed deeply in three budget-breaking foreign wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya. Islamic terrorism is still a national threat to Americans and their interests at home and abroad.

Any American who aspires to be our next president in 2012 must be the best candidate in the best position to address and solve all these national and international issues that are most important to Americans from all walks of life. If Donald Trump will run, then we need to put a powerful searchlight on him, in order to examine him fully, what he represents and whether he is truly a presidential material come 2012.

These important questions below must be answered fully about Donald Trump and his presidential ambition due to his many public comments and controversial utterances over the decades on issues that are most important to all Americans.

(i) Is Donald Trump a role model for American school children and a Presidential Material come 2012?. On Thursday April 29, 2011 in Las Vegas. Donald Trump spoke before his audience, followers and news media. Donald Trump used profanities, cursed words and vulgar language repeatedly and openly in this important public forum. In that speech, he called the Chinese politicians "motherfuckers". On OPEC, he said "You ain't gonna raise the fuckin' price". On American public education, "we can't get a fucking school built in Brooklyn".

(ii) Is Donald Trump a racist, a bigot and a white supremacist? Donald Trump has made the following comments in the past about his black employees and black people. Over 13% of Americans are blacks by race. The comments are as follows “Laziness is a trait in blacks.” “Black guys counting my money! I hate it. The only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes every day." “If I was starting off today, I would love to be a well-educated black because I really do believe they have the actual advantage today.”

(iii) Has Donald Trump ever discriminated openly aganist blacks and minority groups in America in the area of public housing? Donald Trump was once sued by the American State Department of Justice for refusing to rent his real estate properties to blacks.The case alleged that the Trump Management Corporation had discriminated against blacks who wished to rent apartments in Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island. His corporation quoted different rental terms and conditions to blacks and whites and lying to blacks that apartments were not available according to the lawsuit.
Trump Management Corporation, was sued by the Justice Department for alleged racial discrimination. At the time, Donald Trump was the company's president.

(iv) Has Donald Trump ever promoted a conspiracy theory based on racism and white supremacy against President Barack Obama concerning President Barack Obama's American citizenship by birth? Donald Trump has publicly claimed on many occassions that President Barack Obama was born in Kenya and never in America, and that President Barack Obama has no American certificate of live birth.

The White House last week released the President Barack Obama's long-form birth certificate to prove to the racist-based Birther Movement and Donald Trump beyond any reasonable doubt that Barack Hussein Obama is a naturally-born United State citizen and he is constitutionally a full-fledged American citizen that is legally qualified to be the president of the United States.

(v) Has Donald Trump ever promoted a conspiracy theory about President Barack Obama's ivy league education and his intellectual abilities? 

Barack Obama got into Columbia University on merit based on his great academic qualifications. He got into Havard Law School based on his excellent academic qualifications. He became the first black person in the history of Havard University to be made the president of the prestigious Havard Law Review. He was a professor of Law for 10 years at the prestigious University of Chicago Law School. He wrote two books about his life that are acclaimed today by the New York Times newspaper as their best sellers.

Is Donald Trump involved in outsourcing of American manufacturing jobs overseas? Donald Trump has established clothing factories in Mexico, India anad Bangladesh recently because of the cheap labor force and lower cost of production of goods in the third world countries. His businesses abroad take away the much-needed American manufacturing jobs at the moment when the national unemployment rate stands at over 8.8% and with 13.5 million Americans jobless.

From all what we know at the moment about Donald Trump, I can conclude on a powerful note that he is not a good presidential material at all. Donald Trump is a clown, a joker, an entertainer or a carnival barker. His candidacy for the highest public office in America is too polarising and divisive in nature. Donald Trump in his true color is a racist, a bigot and a promoter of white supremacy in this 21st century America that is racially, ethnically, religiously and socially diverse as a union of many nations in one.

"CHRISTIANITY APPEARS IN MANY DIFFERENT COLORS IN THIS 21ST CENTURY HUMAN UNIVERSE"

Christianity is presented to the world today in many different colors in this 21st century that are not scriptural, biblical or bible-based in their origins or presentations. Christianity as it is preached and promoted from the satellite cable television channels, radio stations, Internet websites, Church pulpits, Christian meetings, Christian books, Christian magazines or pamphlets in most cases do not reflect the Bible-revealed, grace-oriented and the faith-rooted saving grace of God that is based on the person and the finished work of Jesus Christ.

Christianity or the Christian faith as it is seen and defined in the Bible must be 'based and rooted in the complete trust and total reliance on the finished work and the person of Jesus Christ the Lord". The Bible remains the one, the only final authority and the divine guidance for the entire Christian faith, beliefs or mandates. The central personality of this saving grace of God that is made available to all members of the human race is the Lord Jesus Christ.

Any teaching, doctrine or a belief that promotes church denominations, prosperity gospel, personal philosophies of men, teachings of men, their persons or personalities, human deeds and abilities above the supreme deity of Jesus Christ and the Scriptures undermine the power of the cross of Jesus Christ and the whole essence of the grace of God.

A group of Christians in a town of Berea in the Early Church represented Christianity to the entire world forever in its true light and nature. Berean believers stood out forever as unique examples of Christians in the Early Church for many reasons. The Bible called them "noble believers" which means "spiritual nobles or first-class citizens of God's kingdom" in Koine Greek, the original language of the Bible.

Berean believers were teachable, lovers of the Bible and were excited daily and were always ready to learn from the Word of God and its divine truths or revelations. Their Christianity or their Christian faith was built on the sound Bible doctrine, the teachings and the words of Jesus Christ and never on the dogmas and teachings of men. They put the Word of God above the teachers of the Word of God. They hated heresies and were ready to challenge false teachings and false teachers with the biblical truth.

What is your Christianity or your Christian faith built upon? Are you a true follower of Jesus Christ in all reality or you follow the men of God? Why are you a Christian? Do you see Christianity as a means to your financial goals in life? Do you know Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour? Are you an example of a Berean Christian in today's world? Do you have the hope of eternal life? Do you practice the truths of the Scriptures or you follow heresies of men and organizations? Do you put heresies and heretic teachers above the sound biblical doctrine of the Bible?

"THE EGYPTIAN REVOLUTION AND THE FUTURE OF THE MIDDLE EAST"

Now that the Egyptian revolution has resulted in the removal of  President Hosni Mubarak from power. The biggest questions left unanswered are: What is left now for the Egyptians to make or mar? What are the present and the future consequences of the Egyptian revolution in Arab World and Middle East in particular, and the whole world in general? Below are the possible aftermath effects of what just happened in Egypt today.

(i) The Muslim Brotherhood which is the largest Islamic opposition party in Egypt today and a major force behind the Egyptian revolution could end up in power in Egypt. This development may result in the establishment of the largest Islamic government in the Middle East.

(ii) The new government that will emerge in Egypt at the end of this political transition that started today may break the peace treaty that Egypt signed with Isreal in the 1970s. This singular development could set the entire Middle East region of the world into the biggest crisis in this 21st century.

(iii) Egypt is the America's biggest ally in the Arab World for the last few decades and the second biggest recipient of the United States foreign aid of about $1.5 billion yearly in military assistance. The emerging government in Egypt may not respect this age long American-Egyptian diplomatic relationship that is the key to the peace in the Middle East for many decades now.

(iv) The Suez Canal in Egypt is strategic to the world oil supply. About 2.5 million barrels of oil flow daily through those pipelines under the canal to the international oil market. Any government that emerges in Egypt must respect and support the free movement of oil tankers in the Suez Canal. If there are any disruptions, this could shoot up the prices of oil in the  international markets.

(iv) Today's revolution in Egypt that forced Hosni Mubarak to step down from power could encourage similar uprisings and protests by ordinary people in the entire Arab World against their sit-tight rulers, dictators and monarchies. This may also be the biggest game changer of the 21st century in the Arab World that could change the entire political landscape of the whole Middle East for many decades to come.

"EGYPT THE CRADLE OF ANCIENT CIVILIZATION FACES AN UNCERTAIN FUTURE"

The pro-democracy protests that have shut down the national life and the state economy of Egypt is now 18 days old. The protests are growing daily in numbers across the nation of Egypt, the demands of the protesters are very loud and clear to the Egyptian dictator Hosni Mubarak and to the rest of the world. "Mubarak, your time in power is up, the game is over and you must step down from power" the protesters demanded for almost three weeks now.  Hosni Mubarak responded to the demands of these protesters in his televised addressed today refused to resign, but promised to delegate his presidential powers to his self appointed Vice-President.

Now this political stalemate has reached the climax tonight and the next moment could be a major explosion that will do no one any good in Egypt and in the Middle East. There must be a way forward now, in order to avoid this volatile moment in the Egyptian history. The Egyptian military remains the strongest institution in Egypt. So far the military has remained neutral in this political conflict. They can no longer continue to sit on the fence at this critical point in Egypt's political crisis, it is time for the Egyptian military to take sides now and act right now and be on the good side of Egyptian nation and her people.

Tomorrow may be the mother of all protests. Organizers of these protests are calling on 20 million people to be out tomorrow all over Egypt to give their full support to these political reforms and regime change. Workers in Egypt are now on strike and are also backing these protests. The battle line is now drawn tonight. It is President Hosni Mubarak versus the people of Egypt with the Egyptian military playing the role of a referee. The military has a primary responsibility to make these genuine demands of the people of Egypt a reality now or fold their arms for a national catastrophe that has the power to tear Egypt apart.

"THE INTERNATIONAL IMPLICATIONS OF A DEPLETED SAUDI ARABIAN OIL RESERVES"

The online encyclopedia the Wikipedia says that"Saudi Arabia has the world's largest oil reserves and is the world's largest oil exporter. Oil accounts for more than 90% of exports and nearly 75% of government revenues, facilitating the creation of a welfare state". The global economy of the 21st century is powered and driven by oil. All advanced economies, emerging economies and the developing economies are all oil dependent for their national growth and survival.

For decades nobody ever doubted the true estimates of the oil reserves of the Saudi Arabia. But the international whistle blower,  the Wikileaks in 2011 released a classified United States diplomatic cable report about the Saudi Arabian oil reserves. The cable says that "First it is possible that Saudi reserves are not as bountiful as sometimes described and the timeline for their production not as unrestrained as Aramco executives and energy optimists would like." The cable's reports were published in the The Guardian newspaper of the United Kingdom in 2011 also. The cable cited the opinions of one Sadad al-Husseini who directs the exploration and the production at the Saudi Arabian government owned state oil company Aramco for 12 years until 2004.

The American diplomatic cable leaked by the Wikileaks shows a serious doubt about the actual oil reserves that the world's largest oil producer and exporter truly have in its reserves. The Saudi Arabian government for many years claimed to have about 716 billion barrels of oil in its reserves. Many oil experts around the world say the actual reserves may be 40% lesser or around 300 billion barrels of oil left untapped. This development is of a great concern to the American government in particular that relies on the oil from the Arabian desert and is the largest buyer of the Saudi Arabian oil as well as the whole world's largest buyer and consumer of oil.

The actual amount of the oil that is left in the reserves of Saudi Arabia is the primary factor that will determine the true price of oil in the international market and what we will pay for oil around the world at the pumps in the gasoline or petrol stations. Downgrading the size and the amount of the oil reserves that are left in Saudi Arabia oil fields will send the price of oil skyrocketing around the world. The more oil that is pumped out daily from the Saudi Arabian oil fields to the international oil market, the cheaper the oil will be worldwide.

The nations of the world today in this 21st century human universe are all oil addicts. A serious depletion in the oil reserves of Saudi Arabia will translate into a global oil crisis around the world. The international implications of this development cannot be underestimated. The nations around the world may face political crises, economic hardships and social  uprisings if the price of oil rises sporadically in the nearest future. The economies of the many nations will likely collapse or grind to a final halt leading to high unemployment and inflation. The prices of goods and services around the world will also shoot up rapidly with less oil to buy at a higher price internationally.

"POLICE BRUTALITY IS RISING IN AMERICA IN THIS 21ST CENTURY"

American society is the most policed state in the whole world. The online encyclopedia Wikipedia says this about the American Police Union. "The Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) is an organization of sworn law enforcement officers in the United States. It claims a membership of over 325,000 members organized in 2100 locals chapters (lodges), organized into local lodges, state lodges, and the national Grand Lodge. The FOP calls itself "the voice of our nation's law enforcement officers."

The United States of America is the cradle of democracy, human rights, freedom, justice and equality. The oldest democracy in the world. On the other hand, it is also a country of law and order and the most policed nation under the sun in this 21st century. America's police organisation is very localized, extensive in its operations and coverage networks. The police organizations are formed at all levels and they cover varied jurisdiction areas, such as the city police, the campus police, the county police, the state troopers and the Federal Police unit known as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Incidents of police brutality are on the rise in America. Cases of police brutalities are reported regularly by our news media with victims either physically injured, molested, permanently disabled, killed in the process or died in a medical facility. The United States Congress passed the 1994 Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act into law without the needed funding made available. The legislation does not require local police organisations to keep or document records, nor does it criminalize police brutality and excessive use of force as human rights violations.

Ethnic minority groups are major victims of most cases of reported police brutalities in America. Stephen Lendman is a Research Associate of the Centre for Research on Globalization wrote this about police brutality in America in the Baltimore Chronicle: "evidence shows that racial minorities are systematically victimized, without cause, in public, when driving, at work, at home, in places of worship, and traveling, often violently".

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in its August 2009 annual report titled, "The Persistence of Racial Profiling in the United States" quoted Rep. John Conyers (D. MI) saying "Since (9/11), our nation has engaged in a policy of institutionalized racial and ethnic profiling," although, as an African-American, he knows the problem goes back generations, most recently in the "war on terrorism" against Blacks, Latinos, and Muslims for their faith, ethnicity, activism, leading to arrests, some violently, bogus charges, prosecutions, and imprisonments often compounding the injustice.

ACLU wrote further in its 2009 annual report that "The practice of racial profiling by members of law enforcement at the federal, state, and local levels remain a widespread and pervasive problem throughout the United States, impacting the lives of millions of people in African American, Asian, Latino, South Asian and Arab communities".

Brian Airman eHow a contributor to the website eHOW wrote about the ways that American citizens can stop police brutality in America. He recommended that "police brutality can be stopped by you and those in your community. Know your rights and stand up for yourself, even if that means getting an attorney. Document all instances of brutality and collect all evidence and witness information. Be active in your community and participate in protests and educational events. An informed citizen is a safer citizen".

In conclusion, if there are no serious legal consequences against these police officers who intentionally engage in all forms of racial profiling and brutalities against their victims, then these evil and wicked practices will continue to increase yearly and this may eventually destroy the public trust, confidence and respect for our police officers, and the worst cases unaddressed may continue to lead to a complete breakdown of law and order, as well as the destruction of lives and properties in the affected communities.
